Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on the Flavia store.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. The refund is issued without requiring the return of the product, within 14 days.

Warranty

All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
