HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Contact our customer service at flaviapariscontact@gmail.com with your order number and we will provide you with the instructions.

Items must be returned unworn, with no signs of use, and in their original condition. Any item damaged by improper use will not be eligible for return.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Yes. If you would like a different color or model, request a return for your item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to receive what you want.

 

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Returns are free within 14 days of receipt. We will send you the return label by email.

 

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from your request, using the same payment method used for the order.

 

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED

Contact our customer service at flaviapariscontact@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
