These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the Flavia store.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Refunds are made without product return, within 14 days.

Warranty

All products benefit from a 2-year legal conformity warranty.
