Article 1 — Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales made by Flavia through the online store. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are those presented in the online store, subject to availability. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included. The applicable price is that in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Orders

The order is firm and final after payment confirmation. Flavia sends a confirmation by email.

Article 5 — Payment

Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Article 6 — Delivery

Estimated delivery times: 10 to 20 working days from order confirmation.

Article 7 — Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives a tracking number by email.

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Refund without physical return within 14 days.
